Around 2 am on the 26th of October, explosions rocked Tehran and surrounding Iranian cities as Israel's long-awaited response to Iran's October 1st attacks occurred. The strikes have killed 4 Iranian military personnel and damaged Iranian factories, but more importantly, they come directly in the face of Iranian threats of retaliation if such an attack occurs. On October 1st this year, Iran launched 180 ballistic missiles against Israel in their largest direct strike upon Israel in the two states' history.
