Dear Readers,In accordance with our Newsletter 01, dated 09.03.2024, which announced the start of the publication “Twin Minds: Alba & Anton,” we begin this week our regular postings.
In the first week, we opened with a long and exceptional interview with Sebastião Alba from 1994, in celebration of his 84th birthday on March 11, 1940. The interview, published in three parts, offered a synthetic and direct view of Alba’s thought as shared by himself (Post01, Post02, Post03).
Now, continuing our commitment to publish a post every week, we present the first of our weekly postings. In this edition, we chose to highlight texts from Alba and Anton that, although addressing different themes, are subtly and significantly interconnected.From Anton, we bring ‘Common Places,’ a perceptive text that challenges the traditional notion that the value of a book lies in its ability to describe in detail and with chosen adjectives.
