A soul’s shrouded journey
In the realm of weariness, a symphony of exhaustion plays,
I, entangled in the threads of despair, seek solace in the haze.
Dreams, like distant seas, whisper promises untold,
Afloat in reveries, yearning for a sanctuary to unfold."It's not the end," echoes the silent plea,
Breathe, oh weary soul, release the shackles and be free.
A labyrinth of thoughts, memory's cruel jest,
"I can't understand," a lament from the heart oppressed. In the corridors of the mind, I wander aimlessly,
Doors upon doors, echoes of the same day endlessly.
A crimson portal, a passage to the forgotten past,
Eternity in memories, but nothing seems to last."What's causing this?" I question the shadows,
A search for self, lost in mental meadows.
"I am the issue," the painful admission,
Stuck within, seeking escape from self-imposed prison."I want to do everything," the yearning plea,
Yet, change eludes like waves in a distant sea.
Journeys envisioned, anew to start,
Yet, the cycle persists, a relentless heart."Let me breathe," the desperate prayer,
A plea for respite from life's unrelenting glare.
Failure's weight, a burden to bear,
Sleep, eternal slumber, a tempting affair."When life gives you lemons," a proverb's call,
But the motivation wanes, the will starts to fall.
Tired of dodging lemons, tired of being,
A person weary of existence, of seeing."I don't like talking," a confession cold,
Observing from shadows, a story left untold.
Pleasing or offending, a tiresome game,
The weariness persists, an unspoken claim."I am tired of being a person," the soul's admission,
Not just a person once, but any rendition.
A spectator in life's grand play,
Longing for silence, to fade away.So let me rest in the embrace of eternal night,
No noise, no expectations, just fading light.
In dreams, perhaps, find a tranquil shore,
Where weariness and I part ways forevermore.
