Israel is maintaining a streak of unprecedented victories against Iran and its proxies. It has taken down the Hamas chief while he was in Tehran’s safe zone, wiped out the entire top leadership of Hezbollah, and made it clear to the Houthis that its warplanes can reach Yemen at any time.Apparently, this chain of events check-mated the ‘Axis of Resistance’, and Iran resorted to firing ballistic missiles directly at Israel on October 1 out of desperation. It was, some analysts say, a mistake Israel and its allies wanted Iran to make. The goal is to get a legitimate reason to hit its nuclear facilities finally. Not to mention, the media has recently been actively citing the latest saying that Iran has inched the closest to getting its first atomic weapon. And if Israel-Iran tit-for-tat events continue, we might soon see such an attack happening. If that’s the whole plan, it sounds like all that Israel and its Western allies want is never to allow Iran to nuke Israel. Wrong — this theory is just a part of the severe security chaos a nuclear Iran will plunge the whole region into even if it never intends to rain anyone…
