By joining together, BRICS represents a new kind of ideal for the future of international relations. If anything, that’s the promise — a vision for a new international order.

Of course all of these countries have their own multilateral institutions to deal with, and they don’t want to bring China into their respective orbits. - BRICS are going to play a more important role on the international stage in the future. These countries’ foreign policy aims should become more oriented toward the developing world’s economic interests. To increase their trade, more countries of the developed world should prioritize critical minerals and the global energy transition.
