The recent tension in the Middle East has been a growing concern for the major powers, who have a concerted interest in the Middle East. The Western powers support Israel, while the Muslim world is supporting Hamas. Meanwhile, both opposing parties support peace and stability in the region. However, both have been attacking each other since the inception of recent. In this flaring fire, Iran was a covert party to the war; however, recent developments have shown that the verbal statements and the attacks on the Iranian consulate by Israel have further destabilized the region. In response to the Israeli attacks, Iran launched more than three hundred missiles towards Israel on 13 April 2024. On 31 July 2024, Israel assassinated Ismael Hanneyah during an inauguration ceremony of President Masood Pazeshkian inside Iran as a response to the firing of 300 missiles. Adding fuel to the fire, Israel has also launched attacks inside Lebanon. Iran found an opportunity to fire a hypersonic missile on 2 October 2024, which infuriated Israel and other Western powers. Moreover, it seems that both states have been fighting for regional hegemony.Israel has claimed that it would show no tolerance to the extremist groups.
