The Hindu community, once feeling secure in this land of promise, is now finding itself on the receiving end of hostility.
Recent attacks on Hindu temples in Brampton and Surrey are just the latest examples. And while such incidents are serious enough on their own, they’re just part of a big picture — one where political leaders seem more interested in votes than in truly protecting everyone.
When the two temples were attacked, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau took to social media to condemn the violence.
