Introductory Note
In this 29th edition of the series “Twin Minds: Alba and Anton,” we unveil the corrosive power of isolation and arrogance through two distinct lenses: the poetics of Sebastião Alba and the political critique of Anton.
In the poem “Circulamos Embolsados” (“We Circulate Pocketed”), Alba transports us to a world where the powerful circulate in armored luxury cars, shielded from the realities they destroy. Meanwhile, in the article “The Arrogance of Power, “Anton exposes how this moral blindness contaminates nations, leading them to inevitable disaster.
