One day you are happy. Going on trips. Exploring the world and yourself. Making friends. Making memories. Having good food.Then life turns around. You are not so happy. Staying in all day. Not much social interaction. Hardly making memories. Only memorising. Stress eating. Have pimple outbursts. Studying all day. Having only fastfood. Gaining weight. Having self doubts. Not liking your appearance. Crying about how lonely you are. More stress eating. Pimple outbursts. Gaining weight.You get a sudden wave of motivation. Start working on yourself. Read self-help books. Start meditating. Start exercising. Eat healthy home-cooked meals. Go on a diet. Drink plenty of water. Skin starts glowing. Pimples start vanishing. Incorporate a skincare routine. Lose weight. Become confident in yourself. Clothes start fitting you again. You are happy.Then exam dates are released. Stop putting yourself in a spiral. This is life. It’s constantly changing. And so are you!
