It’s not just about excelling in school and grades for some; they seek perfection in every aspect of life. They constantly pressure us to fulfill their expectations of being a flawless friend, siblings, and an individuals. They make us feel pressured constantly to match the high and perfect standards of being good sibling, friend or just a highly reliable person .They can make you feel suffocated and miserable .You might feel as if you are being suppressed by other people’s unsatisfied expectations. The hatred of asking for any help from the others might be as a result of the social belief that everyone is supposed to fend for his/her own needs.Finding Balance🤡
It’s tough to realize, but perfection is not attainable. Making mistakes and struggling is normal as human beings. These moments don’t define your worth. Life is about balancing expectations and self-compassion. It’s a journey, and feeling pressure is not your fault. Many others feel it too. You can find peace and courage to accept yourself as enough, but it will take time. Thanks for your precious time
