The United States has voiced concern, describing this situation as a sign of Russia’s growing desperation. According to a White House National Security spokesman, Russia is “tin cupping” for military aid from countries like North Korea and Iran, highlighting Putin’s failure to meet strategic objectives on the battlefield.
