Dear Readers,Narrative therapy aims at the growth and healing through written and spoken language, symbolic expression, and story.Narrative therapy carries the idea of art therapy or we create paintings with words, that are vivid, in the readers’ imagination.When we write poems, essays, articles, etc. there is a cause and effect. This means there is an action and a result, and these results shape the future. It also emphasizes our emotions, inner feelings and perceptions of the surroundings.When we write about our feelings, we share our fears, loves, and lives and express ourselves. We find out that other people have similar experiences and this makes us feel like we fit in. We are created to be and thrive in a group because our joys and pains are understood.
