Someone in my family probably looks like yours

Like many, my extended family has always been split on politics. We know each other’s positions and rarely discuss the subject. Living in different states we get uniquely slanted news and majority views. We’re all fairly intelligent and pragmatic, but we land differently on these scales:
  1. For the greater good versus personal rights
  2. Social safety nets versus business profit
  3. Religion, philosophy, morality
  4. Needing to identify with a candidate or their policies
  5. Motivation by careful analysis and history or charismatic identification
