For more context on the summit, and what it means for the Russia-Ukraine war, check out this .At the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) held in New York, Switzerland came out in support for the Brazil-China Peace Plan to end the war between Russia and Ukraine.In a article published last week, Switzerland’s foreign affairs ministry claimed to have changed its opinion on the peace plan after meeting with China’s foreign minister Wang Yi and Brazil’s foreign policy advisor Celso Amorim. However, it was dismissed by Ukraine’s foreign ministry in lieu of President Zelensky’s own peace plan to end the war.
